Itinerary

Day 1: Calgary - Banff

Upon arrival in Calgary Airport you will be greeted by a representative from the local scheduled transportation company. Departures are within 1 hour of guests arrival between 10:00am and 6:30pm.

Day 2: FREE DAY Banff

A free day for shopping on Banff Avenue or independent sightseeing. Banff offers a wide array of soft adventure activities, from scenic hikes to museums and art galleries. Kayaking to hiking.

Featured Activity: Discover Banff Tour-Utilizing modern 24 passenger buses, all tours are guided by enthusiastic interpretive guides who love to share their knowledge of Banff area, the history and landmarks. Banff hotel pick up and drop off included. Daily at 9:00am & 1:30pm.

Day 3: Banff - Jasper

The tour departs from the Brewster Transportation Centre at 8:30am. Travel through Banff and Jasper National Parks on a luxury motorcoach. Journey from Vermilion Lakes to Lake Louise. Here you will see the famous Victoria Glacier where the rock flour turns the lake emerald green. Then shadow the Great Divide exploring the natural viewpoints of Crowfoot Glacier and Peyto Lake. Continue alongside

the Mistaya River to the Big Hill and the Columbia Icefield. At the Columbia Icefield ride on an all-terrain Ice Explorer and sip on the fresh waters of a glacier Continue on through the Sunwapta Valley and take a stroll at Athabasca Falls before a late afternoon arrival in Jasper.

Day 4: FREE DAY Jasper

Today you will have a free day to explore Jasper.

Featured Activity: Maligne Valley Wildlife

Tour You will be traveling through the Maligne Valley in search of Osprey, eagle, big horn sheep, mountain goat, moose, elk, deer and bear. Stop at Maligne Canyon where 10,000 years of erosion have created a 165-foot deep gorge. Here you set off on a short walk to marvel at the Maligne River as it thunders through the canyon in a series of waterfalls. From the canyon continue to disappearing Medicine Lake and then to spectacular Maligne Lake. Have your cameras ready as both areas are rich in wildlife and scenery. Daily at 9:00am or 5:00pm.

Day 5: Jasper - Lake Louise

Departure: 8:30am from the Jasper hotel for the return journey along the Icefield Parkway. Enjoy the splendour of the mountains heading south again to Lake Louise.

Day 6: Lake Louise - Calgary [Departure]

Late morning transfer by scheduled service to Calgary airport via Banff. The transfer from Lake Louise to Calgary airport takes approximately 3 hours.
